Custom Mural Work by Drury Bynum

Drury Bynum’s mural work is rooted in the idea that walls can do more than hold art—they can shape experience. Each piece is developed in close collaboration with the space and its context, drawing from architecture, landscape, and the people who inhabit it. His murals often take the form of abstracted landscapes or narrative compositions—layered, atmospheric, and intentionally open-ended—allowing them to feel both grounded and evolving over time. Rather than acting as a focal point alone, his work is designed to integrate into the rhythm of a space, creating depth, mood, and a sense of continuity. The result is something that feels less like decoration and more like a living element within the home or environment. From intimate residential settings to larger commercial projects, Bynum’s murals bring a sense of artistry, presence, and emotional resonance that cannot be replicated through off-the-shelf solutions.

CITY INSPIRED ENTRYWAY

The deep roots of Mason & Carter's 123 year old family insurance business inspired the iconic landmarks in Baltimore City and the ephemera we discovered amongst their historical documents. They wanted their entry to be welcoming and warm with a nod to the city they love and call home.

PAINT BY NUMBERS JUNGLE MURAL

This lush, tropical mural was selected as a DIY project in Hilton Carter's book, Wild Creations, and was also featured on the cover.

ANCIENT TROPICAL LOFT MURAL

This downtown commercial to residential conversion needed a statement to connect to the owner's love of travel. This award winning project was also featured on Hilton Carter's HBO/MAX pilot show 'Planteriors'.

NURSERY MURAL

This baby-to-be's room was ready and waiting for her with a mountain setting that featured a whimsical array of animals including a dinosaur and unicorn.

EASTERN SHORE WILDLIFE DECO MURAL

A collector of vintage radios wanted a complimentary mural in this tucked away lounge.
